  • Change3 events and surveys are open to the public. Anyone 18 years or older, working in a role with knowledge, influence, or decision authority, may participate at no cost unless otherwise specified.
  • Participants in Change3 activities may receive amenities, gifts, or incentives at the sole discretion of Change3.
  • Gifts may include, but are not limited to: research data, event replays, access to experts, research reports, proprietary content, gift cards, or logo items.
  • Change3 is under no obligation to provide any gift, amenity, or incentive to individuals who register or participate.
  • If you have been notified that you will receive a gift, please allow up to 8 weeks or longer for delivery.
  • Participants take part in Change3 activities for their own interest or edification.
  • Those selected to receive an incentive, amenity, or gift from Change3 may be asked to:

      - Speak with a member of our team in a live phone conversation.
      - Confirm your business technology initiatives, needs, and/or challenges related to a specific topic by discussing your needs with a representative from Change3, an organization it selects or a Change3 partner.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your company’s gifting policy.
  • By submitting this form, you are opting in to receive limited communications from Change3 regarding engagements with their platform, including but not limited to events, surveys, gifts, and/or appointments.
