Kneko Burney is a serial entrepreneur. She is one of the leading B2B experts for the telecom and high-tech industries, as well as an emerging figure in the intersection of digital technology and everyday life. As founder & CEO of Change3 Enterprises (2011), founder of Eyesoda.com (2007), and co-founder of Compass Intelligence (2005), Ms. Burney leverages her skills to create and grow innovative, new businesses.

Change3 Enterprises is built upon Ms. Burney's deep industry knowledge, position as a thought leader in the area of customer engagement, and her experience in building web-based experiences, particularly Eyesoda.com. A trained economist, Ms. Burney has led professional services, market research and creative organizations over the last 20 years using a combination of uncommon skills. By melding the creative with the quantitative using technical knowledge, Ms. Burney has helped her clients innovate, while optimizing their marketing operations and strategic processes.

Ms. Burney has been a featured guest on CNBC's the Closing Bell, and her insights have been used by the Department of Commerce, the Federal Communications Commission and the Small Business Administration. Ms. Burney was featured in Fortune Small Business Magazine, and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Baron's Investors Daily, USAToday, The New York Times, Fortune, Forbes, Wired, and Information Week.

Ms. Burney holds a dual B.A. in Economics and Mathematics, as well as an M.A. in Mathematical Economics from Boston University (1996). She also completed the prestigious American Economics Association Minority Econometrics Program at Stanford University (1994). Ms. Burney lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, which, after nearly two decades of traveling the globe, she still considers to be the most beautiful place on Earth.

Director of Operations

After 15 years at IBM in such varied roles as Systems Engineer and Marketing to Business Partners, and another 10 years staying home to raise a family, Laurie was eager to get back into the workforce and joined Compass Intelligence, a strategy acceleration and consulting firm. As she honed her skills in market strategy, research and analysis, she also developed a love for the more creative side of the business, working with clients to implement web-based strategies and online experiences. Now at Change3 Enterprises, as Director of Operations, Laurie is focused on key strategic processes, managing major strategic launches and handling logistics on key initiatives and client projects. Laurie lives in Austin, Texas with her 2 sons.

Director of Alliance Partnerships

Leslie Reiser, a widely acclaimed industry speaker, trainer, and consultant, leads Change3’s IBM Partner Program. An award winning digital marketing professional during her 33-year tenure with IBM, Reiser has an extensive skill set in developing social media marketing strategies, forging highly profitable partnerships, and deploying complex, global content and influencer marketing programs and capabilities that deliver significant business results for midsize companies and business partners. Reiser has led sales and marketing organizations to achieve breakthrough performance incorporating social, digital and new media marketing. Her expertise lies in growing business from digital investments through targeted content, SEO, web merchandising, marketing automation, actionable analytics, ROI analysis and end to end response management.

Graphic & Web Designer

Zoe developed an interest in graphic design at a young age and soon decided that she wanted to pursue a career in it. Originally from Arizona, Zoe grew up in Montana and attended college in Wyoming where she obtained her degree in graphic design. While attending college, Zoe was given the opportunity to internship under the design team at the award winning Buffalo Bill Center of the West museum. After graduation, Zoe packed up and moved back to Arizona where she joined the Change3 team as a web and print graphic designer, participating in the creation of new companie's brands, and assisting in refreshing established companie's identities. Zoe enjoys the outdoors as well as city life, and prioritizes spending time with family.

Senior Copywriter & Development Coordinator

Gina has been a creative writer since she was a child, when she discovered a love for the written word. As an adult, she found success as a freelance writer, writing over a thousand different articles and blogs for online publications such as Bright Hub, Break!, Midsize Insider, Altered Gamer, and more. She still writes creatively, running her own website and a blog, which details her journey into freelancing. Gina has a technical background, influenced by her interest in technology and computers. She has worked as technical support for several companies and has held the CompTIA A+ certification. A native of Arizona, Gina was deeply involved in Tucson's music community. She has performed with several of their concert ensembles, including the Tucson Pops, the Arizona Symphonic Winds, the Tucson Symphony Orchestra, and the Pride of Arizona Marching Band.

Team Leader & Global Process Architect

Passionate about applying IT to everyday business situations, Andrew has experience working with all major business departments, including customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and human resources. He has always focused on improving business processes, and during his time with GE Capital, he gained a Green Belt in the Six Sigma methodology. More recently Andrew was responsible for establishing and managing a new training department at the UK Environment Agency, designing and presenting over 40 training sessions for staff, culminating in a Plain English course to help improve writing across the organization. He also was responsible for arranging a number of 'Environment Days, which included helping local charities. Andrew joined Change3 Enterprises in 2012 overseeing European operations and presently leads global processes teams. He attended University College London and currently resides in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Lead Developer & CEO of Alor Path

Using his creative talent with over a decade of experience in Computer Science and Technology, Mohammad Khalid Masud (loving known as "Khalid" by our team) has built an exceptional career in the field of applications development and web architecture. Khalid joined Change3 as a staff developer and quickly moved up the ranks to become the company's Lead Developer, and recently started his own "Code Factory" to help Change3's fully optimize it's applications development capabilities. His company, Alor Path, is designed to provide exceptional application and web architecture development services for clients using the latest methods of high productivity and high availability programming. It is an independently operated entity with Change3 as its sole client. Before Change 3, Khalid worked at SVA system and Grameen Group.

Mohammad Khalid Masud attended Notre Dame College and received his BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from KUET in Bangladesh, where he currently resides with his family.

Logistics Manager & Global Data Analyst

From sales to acquisitions and operations, Elena has held a variety of roles with increasing responsibilities, allowing her to gain a broad background and valuable insight into business operations. She is passionate about process, efficiency and business planning, and brings this to her work at Change3 Enterprises. Elena is responsible for managing large, complex client projects that are driven by data and insights. She coordinates a team of six (and growing) research assistants and together they manage complex marketing databases for our internal purposes and also for our clients. They use their powerful research skills to capture relevant leads, with fast turnarounds. Earlier in her career, Elena worked as a sales manager in the tourism industry, where she developed a passion for travelling. She currently resides in Constanta, Romania.

Content Manager

Heather Taylor brings her entrepreneurial spirit and extensive knowledge on the emerging tech landscape and digital experiences. Her analysis on online behaviors, trends, challenges, and best practices helps businesses create website strategies and tactics that deliver value to their prospects and customers. Her research covers various sizes of business and industries, with a specific emphasis on the use of web based platforms and online communities to shape customer exploration, engagement, and buying behaviors. In her research and writing, Heather also covers such topics as influencers, eCommerce, online buying behaviors and trends, website operations and optimization, social computing, as well as B2B technology and other high tech markets. Heather's background spans market research, syndicated research management, business marketing, and telecommunications related roles.
